I have purchased an international airline ticket from CDAT, Inc. Last month, and the only contact they ever made with me ever since was to confirm the arrival of the ticket. Since my ticket has never arrived, I have attempted to contact them regarding the status of order, but they never replied me. Although I have emailed them, faxed them, and left messages at their answering machine (since no one answers the phone), I have had no reply from them whatsoever.
It has been more than a month now since they received my check, but nor have I received my ticket, nor have I been able to get hold of them. They make themselves unreachable. I feel fully deceived by them, and I also feel that CDAT has pretty much stolen my money. I have copies of my receipts, emails, faxes and of the check. I want my money back!!! I want justice!
