Offer a turnkey travel agency package. After much research & asking a lot of questions, I decide to pay the fee. What I get for that money is NOT what I was told I'd receive. I believe they misrepresent their product.
They got very nasty when I wanted a refund of my fee. Laura Hildebrandt made everything into a personal attack. (she needs a psychiatrist). Anyway, she agreed to a full refund, but I never got a credit on my credit card.
I began a dispute of the charge. I then received a check from them, stopped the dispute & thought all was well.
Got a note from the bank last week that Laura had stopped payment on $399.00. I've been struggling ever since for a refund. She's now put the onus on the credit card company & said to refuse the charge. All they had to do was credit my account in the first place & we'd have been done a month ago.
I filed a complaint with BBB, asked Carlson Wagonlit for help & have gotten nowhere. I want the world to know about their deceptive practices a their mean spirited attitude. As far as I'm concerned they stole my money. Next, I'll go to the news media in Myrtle beach - Laura might want to take her picture off of their website... She'll be famous soon. What a travesty!
