I purchased an mp3 16gb touchscreen w/camera player. I received the item to find that it was defective and had to pay shipping to send it back to china. They received the player and offered to a replacement or a refund. At first I requested a replacement but it never showed up, wu laura {amust2009} was saying it was constantly on its way. After waiting about a month I said it still hadn't come in and she/he ask if I wanted the refund, I replied yes! The refund has never showed up.
I put in a request through PayPal to request the money be sent via my account and still no response. Talking to a rep from PayPal they are suppose to send a letter out to them to try and resolve the problem, I am still waiting for that to happen.
I also found that "amust2009" was on sosfakeflash website as a fraudulent dealer.
So what else can I do? I did a reverse lookup on email addresses and found that it was registered to someone in Mountain View, CA and thats the extent of it.
Communications have stopped on Wu Laura's side but I continuously write them regarding my money.
Obviously the seller is a bad seller and most of us find that we give fb too soon, I usually wait until I receive the product then leave fb though I should have tested it first and waited until the issue was resolved.
