On the 10th of November I asked online for an airline ticket quote from a company called Lowest Airfare Finder located in 43-70 Kissena Blvd, Suite 8K Flushing NY 11355. Owned by Mr. J.S. PUJJI, link is http://www.abfcorp.com/contact.htm. I received at the time several emails with various itineraries from Mr. PUJJI about the flight time. He then sent another message regarding the payment procedure. We talked on the phone and he notified me that he wanted to be paid only by money order or money gram. I sent the money order #79360412219 on November the 13th by certified mail code #7002 2030 0000 8728 2827. The total amount was 614.00.
Mr. PUJJI picked it up on November the 28th (according to the post office records). I kept emailing Mr. Pujji regarding my airline ticket that I paid for several days, but without any response. I tried to call him on both his Cell phone (718) 791-8376 and business phone which are: 1800 450 2395 and 718-353-7490 for several times but nobody answers. What made me get suspicious is after I left numerous messages on his answering machine and he didn't respond to either emails or phone messages moreover I figured out that his 800 number is no longer working... This pushed me to make some searches online about Mr. Pujji.
I found out that he has three websites with two different phone numbers.
I contacted Flashing NY police Dept but they referred me to the small claims court. Since I live in Arkansas and my income was limited I couldn't do it. I sent several complaints to the NY BBB, Attorney General Eliott Spitzer, State of New York, and the NYC Commissioner, DCA-Correspondence Number is 1-6804635. Unfortunately after few months I received three mails from the three Departments who all told me that Mr. J. S Pujji didn't respond to their requeststhey then urged me to go to the small claims court in Flashing NY, because of my financial circumstances I couldn't do it, but I am willing to collaborate with anybody who got ripped off by this scam artist and share the expenses of the court to take criminal charges against him.
