Frontier Airlines failed us badly with the flight, which I booked through Orbitz. I spent 3 hours on the phone with customer support, and instead of standing by their customer, Orbitz customer support offered me a $25 voucher. When I told them that it was ridiculous, the manager offered me a $30 voucher. Never book anything through Orbitz and never fly with Frontier. Even though it looks cheaper you will end up paying much more. And the service is horrible.
