We booked our travel with Orbitz for the first time. We were traveling to Las Vegas but decided to cancel and called their customer service right away. They kept transfering us to India and we couldn't speak to anyone in the United States. We complained and talked to Trishia, Elli, Aisha, an Orbitz Frontier specialist, and a manager. Elli said "you can't stand that I'm telling you the truth". The maanger informed us that there will be no refund. I told the manager (woman) that I want the refund that was promised to us by Elli. I want my money back for the $461.96 flight that we aren't taking. Orbitz gave us the refund for the hotel but I want a refund for our flight as well. It makes no sense giving us a refund for our hotel but not the flight. These are the reasons you should never book with Orbitz:
