I am a military wife and my husband is preparing to deploy. I booked a flight for me and our 8 month old son to go home to visit in June. I then found out that my husband is getting leave in July. I called and spoke to 6 different people and one was just as incompetent as the next. I am trying to get onto my husbands return flight so he can help me with our son. I am trying to change my flight from Frontier Airlines to Alaska Airlines and they can not seem to wrap their heads around that. I called Frontier and they said that they can not change my flight because they do not have access to Alaska Airlines' system, which makes sense. They went on to explain that the third party companies are the only ones that can make that change because they have access to the other airline. Needless to say, Orbitz is giving me the run around. I will NEVER use Orbitz again and I would advise everyone to save their time and money and do the same.
