Complaint with amtrak in centralia washington - amtrak, centralia, washington

I am very upset with Amtrak because today when my husband and myself, James and Jennifer Halverstadt were to leave Centralia, Washington in mid morning the man in the station did not announce that our train had arrived. When we arrived at the station we were told that our train would be arriving in 5 min. We stood in the station, another train went by, and then finally our train arrived. We did not know if it was our train, we went to the window to ask the man, he was gone and would not be back for a few minutes per his notice on the window. We looked at our ticket for infor that would indicate our train and again rang for the man behind the window to ask if this was our train. Finally the train began to move, the man stepped inside his booth and I ran to the window to ask if this was our train, and he said yes... He said he was loading the luggage. Also, he told me that the conductorTOLD HIM he was missing 2 people (that the man in the station already knew we were there) and he still didn't let us know to go outside on the platform. We missed our train. He smiled back at us that we missed our train. I cannot tell you the level of confusion & frustration this man caused us. His response was..."I told you the train would arrive in 5 minutes". He did not announce from the station that the train arriving was going to Calif. There was another train that come through too. He didn't say anything else to us, but left the window and didn't return til after the train left. We had to rebook our ticket and put many people under inconvience due to this problem
