Toll Free Customer Service Agent Hung up On Me - roundtrip tickets for 2

I called the toll free number, with a flight I wanted to buy, I got on the phone with a lady, she was very nice, after a lot or waiting on hold, she told me that the flight was booked. About two hours later, a man called me saying that one card didn't work, I had to use to cards to purchase my ticket and my boyfriends ticket, and i had explained that my credit card was to buy my ticket and my boyfriends credit card was to buy his ticket. When the man called back he said that my card was used to buy my boyfriends ticket and vis versa. After being on hold and then trying to understand what he was saying and he could not understand English at all, I asked for my ticket to just be cancelled and refunded, and he said NO and told me i didn't understand, then i asked for his manager and he said NO WHY? After telling him why i wanted to speak to a manager, HE HUNG UP ON ME. I was so mad, I called back to then be on hold for god knows how long, and I got back on with the women i had talked to before, and she put me right on with a manager, I then explained what happened to the manager and he didn't even apologize for his agent hanging up on me. I asked for my flight to be refunded and he did it, and before I could ask for anything else, he said "have a good day" and hung up. My boyfriends mother then called back a couple days later and found a flight online with four tickets left, we explained what ticket to the lady who had picked up, and she said that one of the fights it totally booked up, and we had to purchase something else, she tried to get us to purchase a ticket for 200 more! I tried my luck, and just started booking the ticket online, I was onhold at this time, I booked two tickets and got them confirmed before she came back on the phone. After she told me that it couldn't be done. I think I deserve an apology or something. Cheap o air if you want to email me, that would be lovely, [email protected]... But Im really not expecting anything from your company.
