Oarded Amtrak train# 6- 3/16 at 11:00 am (late) to Reno Nevada, was to be 5 hour trip! Arrived Reno Nevada at 2:00am 3/17 a 14 1/2 hour trip! Stewarts dissappeared for over an hour! Called to complain today offered partial refund! Who wants to ride amtrak again! Return train #5 was 2 hours late getting to Reno. Gee why is amtrak ridership down? Barely got ou of Sac when train slowed and we were told a freight train couldn't cross over a grade and they were sending pusher locomotives to help, that complete they found a bolder on the tracks, that being complete we had to stop for a crew change, been over 12 hours, told it would take 45 min took 2 hours! Crew didnot keep passengers well being in mind nor informed.
