I've run into problems with Greyhound every time I try to use them for travel.
When trying to purchase a ticket online, the first and third time, my card is automatically declined - though I have funds more than sufficient for the ticket price; they give me a phone number to call and fix this, and once I get to customer service through that number, they tell me I should call a different number for customer service. After waiting over an hour on the phone, customer service was unhelpful and directed me to call my credit card company, who weren't the ones responsible for it anyway.
The second time I tried to purchase a ticket online, I was given the error that I wasn't allowed to purchase it online, and to call a number or go to a station - the station I would be leaving from wasn't so much a station as a pick-up and drop-off (it was a Donut King). The number I called, after a long wait, had a foreign woman that kept telling me to buy online, and that she couldn't sell me a ticket, effectively stranding me where I was at the time.
This is three strikes, Greyhound. I was happy when you finally decided to have a stop to the city I want to visit most frequently, but you've ruined it by having a poorly navigable website, and always rejecting my credit card for no reason.
