I tried to purchase Greyhound tickets online and the site declined my card. I was confused as their shouldn't have been a lack of funds, so I checked my online statement. The company had charged me anyway, NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. Frantically, I called the web customer service, who barely spoke English, and they said I couldn't have tickets because they didn't have a confirmation number for my purchase. Then she told me I had to call customer service. So, lets recap; no tickets, denied card, two charges from Greyhound. Since then I have been on hold waiting for customer service for AN HOUR. So if you're having problems with ticket purchases don't expect a speedy resolve, or any resolve from what it looks like at this point.
