Sitting in the Baltimore terminal now as my bus is already 1 hour late and counting. Literally not one bus has been on time yet. It is currently 8:30 and they just called people for a 5:50 departure time. I really don't understand how this is possible when these routes are traveled every day to be so consistently late? And to top if of EVERY employee here is rude. I avoid taking a bus and now I know why this company is terrible.
