This company is just awful. No consideration for customers at all. I am currently sitting in the station in Columbus, Ohio waiting for a bus going to Cincinnati, Ohio. As of right now, the bus is 30 minutes late and I can only imagine how much longer it is going to take. I have an interview this morning in Cincinnati and I am afraid that I might miss it. Of course, I made the mistake of trusting Greyhound... Never again. From now on I will be taking the Megabus (which is always on time) and I will encourage all of my colleagues and business associates to do the same.
