I have used Travelocity several times and had a great experience both times. This time was very different however. After 2 attempts to book my honeymoon online with Travelocity, my fiance and were unsuccessful due to flights and prices changing mid transaction and kicking us off. No big deal.

We then spent almost 4 hours on the phone, was on hold well over 45 minutes, spoke to three different agents, and a supervisor (who was incredibly rude) to try and book our honeymoon. We were unsuccessful due to both of our credit cards repeatedly being processed during attempted bookings and having too many pending charges... Now, we still do not have our honeymoon booked and we are waiting for Travelocity to cancel the pending transactions because we were never able to book the flights and hotel.

When this is all said and done, I will probably not be using Travelocity again because of this experience. The costumer services reps were very kind and polite but the supervisor was unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful.
