This internet company is horrible. The customer service reps are all indian, they place you on hold up[ to 30-45 minutes, and they LIE!
On my honeymoon my wife and I wanted to go to Flagstaff and Vegas, so we booked 2 days in each city at 2 very high rating hotels. The Little America and the MGM Grand Signiture. Both were the best rooms in the complexs. Well, I buy the reservations (each for nearly $400) and I look at my checking account online... They charge me twice for EACH hotel!!! So now I'm out an extra $800!
After playing phone tag with travelocity and my Chase bank... For 3 days... During my honeymoon... I finally got my money back!
They kept telling me that I was wrong and they didn't double charge me... Funny... Cuz that's not what my bank account says!
For your sake... Don't use travelocity!!!
