I had to miss my flight due to a medical emergency and was told I could receive a two credits for both Spirit and Virgin Airlines. I have been calling for 2 months back and forth with all these companies and no one can help me. Supervisor Samantha of Orbitz told me to call june 8th to use my credit for Spirit, and come to find out she gave me the wrong information and now I cannot get my credit I was promised. To top it off they say they cannot help me. Never will I book with Orbitz again and definitely will not let my family.
