I am currently on hold AGAIN to rebook a flight that had to be cancelled. This is my 5th attempt to rebook but I keep getting the run-around and then they hang up. Maybe I am
making progress this time (haha) because someone finally acknowledged that I did have a cancelled trip and could rebook. However, she then transferred me to someone to rebook and I have been on hold for 25 minutes and counting. How can this company stay in business?
