I purchased an online (print your own ticket) ticket for travel between Vancouver to Whistler in Canada. I received an email confirming the purchase & my bank statement also shows the transaction.
Unfortunately I am unable to locate my ticket to print using the confirmation no (16130554) they sent me. Having now wasted 16 phone calls to Canada & some to Greyhound Australia, I am told there is nothing they can do to help me because the terms & conditions clearly state it is my responsibility to produce the ticket for boarding their service, otherwise I am unable to travel.
I have explained that there must be an error in the confirmation no; but according to them there is not & there is nothing they can do to assist. I even suggested I print their email & present it for travel when I arrive in Vancouver, but the conditions of purchase do not allow them to print the ticket on my behalf & it is a non refundable ticket. The only solution they have offered is to buy another ticket.
As far as I am concerned Greyhound are in fact stealing money from me under false pretence.
