Orbitz indicated the rental car price would be $182 for week with an economy car. Usave gave me a Yaris which was not working well when we received vehicle. Car had suspension problems, shaking at 60 mph. Car was shaking so bad it broke down on us and we had to reattach battery which we had a local find for us.
We were told that it was a law to have proof of our own insurance or they made you buy their rental car insurance which we had no clue about and not proof on us. They charged an extra $10 per day. Then we were charged $30 for leaving car at airport due to the rental car company being closed on the day we were leaving. We were never aware of any of these charges. We were billed over $360 total after all the extra fees. Will never do business with USave and lost all trust in Orbitz due to this experience.
