Booked a car rental - Orbitz is involved in fraud

After Dollar Rental car didn't have my rental available, I went without a car. I had pre-purchased rental insurance through Orbitz. To this day, Orbitz hasn't refunded my money for the rental insurance. It's been 4 months. They do anything and everything to give the runaround.By far, the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
