I recently made an air reservation using CheapOAir. What I didn't realize until I completed my first leg and landed in Newark NJ was that my second leg to Allentown, PA, was by bus. The ticket agent proceeded to point it out on my reservation. The "bus" number was in small print. Who would ever expect an airline to have a "bus"leg" on an air reservation? And if they did, why wouldn't it be in larger print or have some other kind of notification?
Secondly, when I tried to get my ticket changed for my return trip, eliminating the "bus" leg, my experience with customer service consisted of 4 transfers, put on hold for 15 minutes with no resolution.
