We bought some tickets online and decided to pay cash and pick up at a store that was convenient for us. It sent us an email giving you different locations of stores where we could pick up tickets. We drove to two of them to find out they didn't have anything to do with the tickets, they didn't even know greyhound would issue tickets at stores. I called to other stores that were on the e-mail and got the same answer. I decided to pay at the bus station counter before leaving. When we got to the bus station we found out the 2:15 pm scheduled bus had been canceled and we did not receive a notification or anything. I left on the 3:15 pm and got to San Antonio to find out that the bus leaving for Austin was delayed. I had to stay in San Antonio for two and a half hours before the bus got there. I did not arrive to Austin until midnight! Crazy!!! I was supposed to get there at 8:45 pm originally. Terrible service
