Efused to wave termination fee

I have been a customer of T-Mobile on my ex father in laws account for many years, and I have never had good service in the area I live in but I managed. I am going through a divorce I have called the company several times to register complaints and now where I am having to live there in NO service, I am really freaking out about this... I have to have phone service where I live. I have a small child, and I am requesting from the company to be released from my contract and the early termination fee waved. I have a small child and need to be in contact with him as well as having the security of a working phone. I do not have $200. To pay the fee. I have to provide shelter and food for my son and I.
The people I have spoken to have been of no help and I am so stressed out about the whole thing. This company seems to not care about its customers. My ex father in law doesnt know of anyone to take over the line. All I am asking is to wave the termination fee, so I can a phone service that works.
