Customer of t-mobile for approximately 3years
Beginning june my cell phone would not allow phone calls coming in or going out. Every attempted call was dropped and then no service notice message was daily.
For the last nine months of the contract, i called in daily to complain about not being able to use my phone. Customer service would tell me daily that their towers was down.
Finally i asked to terminate my contract early may instead of september. The early termination was allowed however. I received a $500.00 bill not
for early termination. But fraudulent numbers my family does'nt even know. For 3years.
I have never gone over my mins all of a sudden. I requested early termination. And my cell phone have an over usage of $500.00 dollars. This is fraudulent.
I refused to pay a dime and i want to be reimbursed for 9months of dropped calls and no availabe service notice.
