In July I visited AT&T shop at 10485 Northern Michigan Street, Carmel Indiana and today I discover my consideration is all messed up beyond measure. This really is a certified vendor shop that in my opinion is possessed with a business named PrimeComms.

On that evening I went directly into put in a point to my bill. I also requested the salesman why my Mother's telephone (on my bill) wouldn't maintain a cost. The salesman stated the telephone under consideration was crap but all he might do for me personally was to provide an update. Her telephone wasn't qualified but he explained he might exchange updates with my amount (adata strategy) and there could be not a problem.

He also explained that I really could subsequently update my iphone in December when her quantity could be entitled to update. He also explained this transfer wouldn't influence my information strategy.

He was possibly incorrect or laying on both records. Previously months I've visited Apple Shop 3 times attempting to purchase a new iPhone, AT&T shop five times, two customer support calls. I've also delivered E-Mails towards the shop that triggered this whole clutter and thus much they've overlooked them. They remain unanswered. Excellent customer support

What's happening??? Was it mess or was I being lied to? I adopted an AT&T consultantis guidance (while his supervisor endured by) and today my consideration is just a total chaos.
