I named AT&T and requested to include tethering to my telephone, but ensured prior to making any improvements, that I'd not shed my endless data strategy. I had been guaranteed that I'dnot and my bill was mentioned. 1 week later after I ended the tethering (since it smells), I had been informed that I really could not need my endless program back. After numerous telephone calls, I've chose to stop my consideration, after ten years of support. Very frustrating experience. Their damage. Way too many others available to strain AT&Tis bad customer support. They review my consideration records but still wouldn't provide me my endless program back. I've 4 telephones on my consideration and spend my statement online before I actually obtain it within the email.
