Issue: quality and support is terrible, Increase is terrible, and that I believe Increase understands it

Concept: I went in to the Boost Cellular shop in Winder, GA. July 22. I bought a Motorola i335 mobile phone and prepaid 50.00 for that endless chat, text and internet. I thought it'd be considered a good deal. I'd previously examined to ensure I had been within the protection area, based on the chart online, I had been in great protection area. I applied my telephone outside and around city for around 4 hours, created several calls, which one call was splitting up after I was beyond Wal Mart, and that I had one slipped phone.

However The actual issue began after I could not use my telephone inside. I subsequently named customer service with Increase to trouble-shoot, where period the phone call was splitting up and that I went outside and around my lawn, I subsequently unearthed that I really couldnot make calls inside and sometimes even AROUND my house. I'd togo outside.increase customer service was stating constantly we can not notice you, you're splitting up... Could you get someplace and obtain a much better sign??? NO!!! Then I returned to my local Winder Raise Cell, (not Radio Shack) where the dog owner, did a factory reset... Nevertheless same problem. I returned all over again for that 3rd period where moment I exchanged my telephone for another i335, nevertheless same task. I return again to see that I have to update my telephone and spend another 30.00 to get this done. Nevertheless same task, I contact customer service again to trouble-shoot the brand new telephone. It does not work. I return to the shop for that fifth period to see that I will just return my cash for that telephone, not the cash for that first month support. The dog owner describes in my experience that I purchased the sim-card which is mine..."Market it on ebay or anything, it's yours, you purchased it." It's my ported amount, market it on ebay!!! I am mad at this time. I then contact Raise Mobile customer support, where moment I'm advised that it's just based on the personal shop plan, easily obtain a return. They could not support me.

Although I had been within the shop another person arrived within the shop and maynot get support both.
