I can't wait till I have money to cancel

I stupidly allow my buddies persuade me to change to Verizon simply because they have "cooler" telephones and allegedly greater functions and support. The only real issue I Would ever endured with my prior supplier is their telephone choice, these were somewhat obsolete. Therefore despite the fact that I had been hesitant due to the costs of the price ideas with regards to the quantity of moments you receive I caved to peer-pressure and changed at the conclusion of August. I purchased the maroon LG Env2 and instantly after I applied my telephone the very first time I observed the sound-quality was terrible and that I believed it had been the support as well as believed what've I completed, I simply lost $350 (rescheduling my additional agreement and obtaining the new telephone and service). Well I chose to place it out since neither of my buddies had described any issues. Therefore lastly a couple of months later I described to one of these how poor the sound-quality was and so I had her chat on my telephone one evening and she stated her telephone did not seem like that (we've exactly the same one, various shade) which I have to go in. Therefore at my 4th month of support I am finally tired of it and I got it in last Sunday to possess it looked over and they stated it is under guarantee they'd substitute it however the tech-support woman was still rude btw. They did not have any at that shop so that they delivered me to a different shop near by (not a problem). And so I proceed and obtain the brand new telephone so that as quickly when I escape towards the vehicle where it is dim I spot the whole exterior quantity station does not illuminate. And so I go straight back in (I never quit the parking lot) and inform her the lamps about the quantity station do not work so she tinkers with-it to get a moment and stated she does not understand whatis wrong withit so that they'd deliver me a brand new one. Nicely on Thursday I acquired my "new" telephone that isn't new but a restored one, which they do not let you know. Which means this Sunday I go in so that as I am standing in-line to get a CSR this woman behind me in-line moves oh you've exactly the same telephone with issues also? I mentioned yes I am planning on my 3rd telephone and we trade our problems and he or she informs me her exterior display stops functioning. Then when I get right up towards the table I request the repetition why easily purchased A FRESH telephone that is faulty can it be being changed having a refurbed one? It isn't the clients' fault THEIR items are faulty and when I needed a restored telephone I'd have bought it this way. The justification I get is actually only a 'this is the method it's' kinda point and it is like whichever clearly I am not likely to obtain the result I'd like so I simply allow him put up the telephone anyhow which does not wish to plan! When Iam standing there I notice the lady which was behind me today speaking with a rep and he or she asks when they have experienced lots of issues with this telephone and her repetition, who had been exactly the same one which requested my 3rd telephone per week before, informs her number not necessarily. HAHAHA CERTAIN! Therefore my representative eventually gets this telephone designed and that I go exterior and create a check phone also it seems SIMILAR TO THE 1ST ONE! Additionally I had been provided another one back and informed I've to deliver it back. WTF? I never had something issue or perhaps a faulty telephone problem within the 4 decades with my other organization and that I never must have changed for "cooler" telephones thatnot work. I am actually unhappy with Verizon currently and desire I'd have discovered this website and completed my research before I changed. Today Iam keeping up my cash to change back particularly after all of the tales I've read on here. I want there is some type of loophole to obtain out agreement with one of these losers!
