I was going to sign up with comcast here in Loveland co. I canceled the account a rew days later. I have had my computers shut off, email changed and have had my email go to a [email protected]. I called them again today, I have a MagicJack they call and get into my computer. I want it stopped. I have to have a phone as my husband has COPD and I never know when I will have to call for help. My brother passed away and no one could get in touch with me because of them. Will you please stop this as I will never deal with them again. They must think it is funny to change my email and shut my computer off. I don't and if something happens to my husband I will press charges on them.
