Chatadra at customer service (Billing) was extremely rude when I inquired as to why I was billed on the 1st of the month and 29th of the month. This happened a second time and Suddenlink is gouging their customers. They say the customer is billed a month in advance. TWICE in one month is more than a month in advance. I paid $200 up front and got billed twice the same month. Please respond if you are having difficulties of the same nature so a class action lawsuit can be filed. Thank You readers. I called and waited over an hour only to be hung up on. Asked for a manager and waited another hour, then was disconnected. I am switching to another company. Oh yeh, I am supposed to be paying $145 per month. Bs... It was over $200 again. I have bank statements to show double billing.
