I went into a web sight that was previously free. Now they had to verify I was 18 with a credit card for FREE access. When I went in I got billed $45. I called the billing company and they reversed the charges. However I was billed another $44.93 by JBWM. They have no web sight, no phone number or physical address. Now they billed again for a second month. The websights billing company has no idea who they are or why they are charging me. I disputed it with my bank last month and will have to again this month.
