When we moved into our new home, AT&T had sent the equipment ahead as ordered. So far so good. Using TWO cell phones daily (maxed them both out daily) for 11 days we established that (1) AT&T could not tell me why I couldn't get the modem to work - and (2) could not get me just a land-line in the meantime. I had a list of 17 people I talked with, hours spent being sent from one dept to another, etc. Etc. I finally returned the equipment to AT&T after ComCast hooked me up to both Internet and phone in ONE AFTERNOON. Now AT&T is trying to charge me for over $100!!! Ha!!!
