BAD Customer Service

I've been a person (2 homes) for ten years (prev Embarq, prev...) and also have never had customer support as poor when I did today with Shawna in Payment - Simply plain rude and it has no company being a CSR. If this is exactly what CenturyLink has taken using their aquisition of Embarq... I'd like none of it.
