On 08/03 Cox Communications electronically debited my bank account within the quantity of $132.07. I observed the unauthorized money a couple of days later and named Cox Communications to question them why they required the $ out-of my bill. I talked having a customer support consultant called Dominic who set me on-hold and talked having a supervisor to determine why they'd debited that quantity from my take into account no explanation whatsoever. They created no solution for me personally, simply informed me they'd be delivering me a reimbursement sign in the email. I've recently terminated my wire providers with Cox since they're outrageously expensive and that I have experienced recurring issues with them attempting to overbill me. I still have my web through them since you will find no additional companies in my own region. I'm put up on automated bill-pay through Cox, this is the way they acquired my acct# and redirecting# to charge my bill. I wonder just how many others they took from besides me.in my opinion they simply consider cash from people and wished they don't recognize.
