I'd been with 011 communications telephone business for over 2 years.in October I went over my statement and recognized that insted of 7.9 cents each minute I had been billed 21.9 penny!!! I named the organization and hello modified the statement, that we paid online. Think it or not, but overcharges extended untill May. Lastly I turned tired of calling 011 communications to modify my bill., as well as in May I eventually changed to a different long-distance telephone business (love them). Our last statement from 011 communications found its way to the center of May, and again... Overcharge! I named them to recalculate the statement, the woman stated that she'd look after it which I've to call-back in a couple of days to obtain my proper equilibrium. After I named them again (011 communications), the consultant explained they were not able to recalculate the statement which I've to pay for the whole quantity such as the overcharge... Since I didn't utilize their providers for greater than a month!!! Just how many a lot more like me are becoming overcharged by 011 communications,, nor discover it!!! Examine your expenses!
