I chose to change to Primus after getting a promotional notice, BIG MISTAKE

The point is saturated in fixed and it is weak! I had been not able to obtain any inbound requires 8 times and checking since I have changed for them. Their tech support team is dreadful plus one of these was so arrogant, intense and hung-up on me after informing me obtain the complex problem fixed myself!!! The nerve of those individuals

They don't have the effort to deliver specialists to your house like Rogers or Bell so that they continuously attempt to wait the entire procedure to be able to prevent giving specialists to your house that they don't have. The client support representatives work at home and in the place of sending a specialist straight to your house to repair your problem, they request you this entire survey having a large amount of foolish concerns which do not have something related to your problem. One of these actually explained not to do something and simply wait a later date and ideally it begins to function

I'll be changing, please don't create exactly the same error I did so by switching for this cheapskate organization who're not able to supply the tech support team that will be crucial to working a great company. They merely don't possess the effort, perhaps since their professionals prefer to maintain that extra cash within their own pockets in the place of trading it to employ some specialists to aid their clients.
