Verizon service isn't adequate. Verizon billed me wrong on my statement after I improved my telephone, upto over $280.00 that we must just settled around $90. I'd named them-so many times (9 instances) from Feb till the March 12nd. Each time I named, it lasted roughly 1-hour since I'd to hold back in order for them to evaluate my consideration, did modification, etc. However, I still needed to create a lot of telephone calls (9 times). The 10th moment I contact I had been speaking for more than 2 hours, and individuals held transferring me to additional repetition. (I spoke to 9 persons within that 2 hours.) I'd to describe the problem a lot of occasions. Actually I settled the best quantity that Verizon requested me to pay for each time, they nevertheless regarded that I created a late-payment.
