Iam on time two with no advanced HD stations that Iam spending money on. I delivered my HD/DVR package due to a challenge. Delivered house and adopted the typical directions to trigger the container and were left with 13 stations, notice; I donate to their top-level of programing. After dealing with Tech-Support for over an hour or so I had been informed that I required on-site to solve the issue because they couldn't keep in touch with the brand new container. Not just was my "new" HD/DVR box out-of commission however the efforts to trigger it MURDERED my other HD package.

Well, the visit was established for that following day betweel 11 and 2 PM, and so I was informed. While Comcast didn't appear by 2 PM I named to see them. The woman that managed my phone investigated wha happened and advised me this 1 of the clients who'd no issues unexpextidely obtained my support phone in error. I've only reward for this Technology for outstanding calm the entire period while sucessfuly relaxing my down along the way. Our support phone was rescheduled for tomorrow between 2 and 5 PM.

Today, like a "Tripple Play" custmer I've NO telephone support! I went online (atleast that still works) to record the problem to become informed they know concerning the issue. Till three or four years back I'd been with Verizon since day-one and possibly named them once in 30 years set alongside the infeior item and assistance for this that I am (we) are recieving from Comcast.

I had been provided a $20-dollar credit today for that blotched support phone but what I'd tottaly choose could be five minutes in an area using the boss of Comcast. I'd stuff the 20 dollars down his neck then consult him if which was sufficient compenstion to get a morning of his time.

Verizon seems better every single day, the only real t5hing keeping me back may be the lck of FIOS in my own town that will be what I'll be aggresively lobying for next.
