Bought Comcast online sites for my parents for Holiday 2010. I reside in a differnt state. My dad would buy a pc after he noticed what quarry might do with related web providers. The home-mount package came before I flew in from outoftown, and so I requested my mom to place it apart, and she did. After I got there, it had been the Friday evening prior to the vacation. Used to donot obtain the opportunity to connect the Home-deploy package till that Sunday. Therefore, I rememberd the man showing me within the telephone they might deliver a device. Well, the device didn't appear using the package. That Sunday, it had been too late to monitor the purchase, and so I visited BestBuy to buy a device. I named Comcast providers, informed them that I'd gone out to buy a device since one didn't include the Home-mount package. You had believe they'd create that along. After connecting that up and calling directly into start the support, I confirmed my dad the way the web worked. He ultimately stated that he didn't need the support. Therefore a couple of days after receiving home, I call-in to stop the support. The clerk about the point claims that in Shreveport, Comcast can't stop the support without returning the device. I informed her that people had never noticed the device. Today they would like to cost me to get a device I never obtained. Not just that, they don't wish to stop the support simply because they can't locate their device. This hurts!!! I believed Comcast was much better than this. For this reason I know donate to AT&T.
