I've never obtained worse customer support. The first support wasn't poor, I obtained an upgraded telephone your day after processing a claim… excellent job…. Aside from the truth that the alternative telephone was faulty! After spending and time about the telephone having a Sr. Technology at Verizon looking to get the telephone to function I named your client “care” middle.

The girl who responded my phone was exceedingly rude. She constantly abandoned me while I had been attempting to clarify my scenario to her. After I requested to consult with her boss she stated “sure, I will move you, but she’s simply likely to inform you the precise factor I’m informing you” is this type of disrespectful way

The boss was no further useful. I had been informed from the boss that she couldn't deliver my telephone for Sunday shipping! Therefore today, due to your company’s failure to deliver me a functional phone-in the very first location, I've togo all weekend with no phone?

Finally, when she set the state to get a minute telephone in to the program she stated “oh, take a look at that, I WILL contain it shipped on Sunday! ”

How can a “supervisor” not understand this?

After I received the automatic mail using the advantages tracking number I obviously followed the cargo.
