Poor customer service and tech support!

I requested a pack support bundle from Verizon on 12/27/07. DirectTV arrived instantly and put up my wire support.By today, March 3 I still don't have web service and telephone support. I've named numerous occasions and also have been placed on hold for approximately 32 units without one individual buying up-to consult me to put on. I've required tech-support and support calls which none have already been helpful. The technicians state that the telephone is okay but I begin to see the phone-line dangling off the exterior wall also it suggests that it's cut. I required to get a specialist in the future out and also the technology named and explained he'd be on a Sunday. Today 3 Saturdays in AROW he's not proven, so when I contact he claims he is sorry, he forgot.

I don't view it healthy to become charged for providers that by nowadays however don't function. I'll be much more than pleased to spend the statement for my wire and maintain that support heading. When it comes to Verizon Web and Verizon Telephone service I'm seeking instant termination of support. I can't continue being handled thus badly and delay a lot of occasions. I've never experienced such bad support in my own life. It has been an extremely frustrating encounter together with your organization.
