I am having an issue with my payment and complex problems. I applied all my moments but Verizon supplied reward moments at my demand (8 year client). However the statement didn't replicate the reward units. I inadvertently settled the entire statement and named to obtain a credit back again to my charge card. Verizon (boss level) explained their program just enables a credit to my bill. I WOn't take this and certainly will stop when they don't credit my card-but also credit my whole month of support ($160). I have invested more than 6 hours coping with mobile phone issues, copy helper issues, today billing mistakes. I simply wish to speak on my mobile; I get no excitement out-of searching for tissues, speaking with their repetitions, coping with their technological issues and program restrictions. A boss's supervisor is meant to contact me tomorrow to inform me their choice. I also informed them to see their records; I am fed up with needing to begin with ground-zero everytime I contact.
