I had got this for a gift and we brought it home. I hucked it up to my computer and it worked for three days. I have not been able to get it to work for 4 months now. I have been tring to contact the company to no avail. I am sick to death of being ripped off by stupid companys that you can' even find a phone number for.
I recived a number for the magic jack but, it will not connect to the internet. People who call can't reach me and i can not call out.
Who do you contact for this problem? I have found 100 web sites but, nothing to contact someone to figure out the problem!!!
I just want help not a bunch of crap that never helps anyone!!!
