On July 2 I visited this Verizon shop to displace a faulty mobile phone. The shop prepared the alternative demand and recommended me the new telephone could be shipped via FedEx towards the shipping address. The telephone is my nieces who I've on my bill. On July 3 the alternative phone came. We exchanged the battery, boxed the faulty telephone up and ensured the return tag was about the container before we transferred the return container with telephone inside within the FedEx drop-box away from previously discussed Verizon shop as directed which was completed on July 8. After I obtained my phone declaration in July there is a cost about the statement for this faulty telephone. I named Verizon plus they advised me the telephone hadn't been delivered by the final day of the statement. I expected them to research and was handed a guide quantity bu the client support division (48281294). About 2 days following this demand I obtained a return phone from Verizon declaring the telephone never managed to get back again to their return factory. They recommended that I contact FedEx and also have them monitor it. Because the period the telephone was delivered I've lost the backup of the following number. I named FedEx and requested them to monitor it in the evening I slipped it within the FedEx container since I believed they'd possess a report of that which was acquired on that day given that they possess a reader and certainly will check the following number. FedEx recommended me they just maintain info for seven days that we discover very difficult to think.
