I posted a refund form towards the ATT Incentive Heart on 4/4/09 after improving my internet to highspeed internet. It was designed to provide me a look for $79.99 to offset the purchase of the device that I acquired in the ATT shop. I completed all of the types such as the sequential amount of the device and shipped it in quickly. It stated I Would get a sign in 4-6 months. Per month passed and that I named directly into check. They stated they got my type however it was lacking the serial number. The repetition believed to simply read it to him and he'll re enter it. Used to do so. The check he explained could be in my own mail in per week. Another month passed. I called again. They stated they require me to send the sequential number directly into them on the bit of document. Despite the fact that this is actually the third-time I Have provided them-this data, I send it in plus a backup of the orginial sequential number about the container. They stated they first got it and also the check is likely to be therein per weekapproximately. Another month passes. I call again. They apologize. They stated they stated it is still running. Another month passes. Today itis nearly FIVE weeks since I have posted it.
This Can Be A scam. I believe they've no purpose of spending and simply wish customers can give up. Do not get consumed by some of their refund offers. Itis not worth it.
