On March 31 I purchased a Sigma telephoto contact. The contact began deteriorating (autofocus didn't work intermittantly). I delivered the contact to Sigma Fix plus they delivered it since the contact had no sequential number also it wouldn't be protected under warrenty. There's a Sigma advisery on 3-series of sequential numbers for this contact plus they might restore/update the contact although not with no serial number. I named Broadway Picture plus they wouldn't support me. They stated they maintain no documents also it was purchased 2 and 1/2 years back, hard luck. They stated perhaps the sequential number used down or it had been about the container.
