We purchased a higher finish electrolux highspeed stove and corresponding self-cleaning stove with in six months the highspeed stove did not work. We called to possess it fixed under their 12 months guarantee however they stated the guarantee is unacceptable since we got the label down within the stove door that's the sequential number onto it. I have also required the label from the self-cleaning stove so that they stated we shall not need a guarantee onto it both. Why can you place a label in a oven door[ that didn't tell not remove] using the warmth of the stove? There's no additional put on the stove that's the sequential number - we've the design number with this bill however they state that won't protect the guarantee.
