Customer Service is a joke. I used my debit card to order the magicjack, to try the 30-day free trial. After the transaction was completed a little bubble pops up on the computer screen informing me that the use of a debit card will result in the full amount of the purchase being debited immediately. The advertisement said that cards would be debited on the 31st day after the trial ended, if the magicjack had not been returned. I immediately, like five minutes after I ordered it, informed them that I wanted to cancel everything. I was informed that the money would be returned to my account after three business days. Guess what? Didn't Happen. Chatted, no phone available, with customer service and got a smart-mouthed amateur, who informed me that I was misinformed, and it would take thirty days. Guess what? Thirty days passed... No money. My bank is havine to investigate and go after the money. It's a scam. I would not recommend this amateur, basement run, company to anyone. I guess they'll keep my $90.00 and I'm screwed.
