Over charging, no customer service

Direct tv has a package for 29.99 a month for 1 year i signed up about 9 months ago and they;re already charging me 69.00 for the basic service also they added movie play boy and game lounge without being asked and it's costing an extra 180.00 a month.
For the last three months they have cut off my cable the last time was three weeks age after i payed them 135.00 the problem is thaqt for three months now i have been charged for services i do not want and i have spoken to 3 diffrent people about this issue the last two said they saw the request and would fix it if i wasn't being cahrged an extra 150.00 dollars amonth my bill would be paid in full and there would be no need to cut my cable off i feel like they owe me at LEAST 80.00 a month credit for the past 3 months and possiably more every time i try to rectify the situatiion over the phone someone RUDE tells me they see the problem but can't help me and then hangs up on me and then charges me 1.50 and sloved no issues
